Why our Wall Papers do not peel-off ?

This is indeed a million dollor question in the wallpaper industry.The most common complaint from a customer is peeling off. But it is a rare complaint for our customers! Why ?

Although we cannot reveal complete secret (to protect our business) here below are a few of them.

1.The major reason for peeling off is fixing by unskilled workers. Ofcourse they are cheap, but to the customer pocket, they are expensive in the long run.Our skilled and experienced workers fix wallpapers with precision.For example, we had fixed wall paper in the University of Madras 20 years before, which has not peeled off till today.

2.Wall surface quality plays an important role in peeling off. Our skilled workers take every care to see that the surface quality is good. If not, they get it done first and then proceed with the work.

3.Joints are yet another aspect of importance. Unskilled workers overlook this and end-up with customer dissatisfaction. Fixing joints well in not the only answer. But it is out of experience that our workers have a reliable solution for this problem.

4.Ineffective contacts with wall is one of the reasons for peeling off.

5.A few unforeseen circumstances like rainy season or summer season when the atmosphere is over-charged with moisture or heat is also taken in account before fixing wall papers. Public meddling can also result in peel off. Experienced skilled workers are the only answer to most of this problems. Further, this is a service oriented business. Any new comer to the trade may give a cheaper quotation, but do a bad job and do not turn-up when you need after-sales-service and consequently bring a bad name to the wall paper industry itself.
